Fellow Explorer in Psychedelics
Hi, I’m Jeff (he/they). Raised in a large Mormon family in Calgary, I grew up balancing the expectations of my community with a deep curiosity about the human experience. My journey has been anything but linear, taking me from a career in chemical engineering to a path of healing, self-discovery, and connection.
A pivotal moment came after my divorce, which marked the start of an intense exploration of self. Through workshops, retreats, somatic therapy training, and transformative psychedelic experiences, I’ve gained profound insight into my emotional world and the narratives that shape us all. These experiences have helped me reframe pain and shame, turning them into tools for connection and growth.
Now, as a somatic practitioner and guide, I help others uncover their authentic selves, heal from trauma, and explore new paths to emotional freedom. My work combines evidence-based somatic techniques with the profound wisdom gained through personal and shared experiences using entheogenic teachers.
At my core, I believe in the transformative power of vulnerability, connection, and the quiet inner voice that leads us toward authenticity. Whether guiding others through therapeutic journeys or sharing moments of raw humanity, I am committed to fostering safe, deep, meaningful connections.
